We, WE ACTEAM: Sustainable Event Designer, put over 20 years of experience at your disposal for team building, incentives and events to transform those special moments into memories packed with emotion!
‘Sustainable Event Designer’! What does this mean exactly? It simply means that we conceptualise and produce sustainable events that respect both people and the environment.
Bringing together and rewarding your employees with sustainable events is the mission of all our team members who are constantly pushing boundaries to be more creative, flexible, responsive and, of course, committed.
In the past few years, we went through different very important steps, in order to consolidate our positioning and have a better control over our economic, environmental and social impact :
In 2019, we officially joined the UN Global Compact movement,
In 2022, we became officially ISO 20121 certified by AFNOR (French Standardisation Association)
In 2023, we became a “Entreprise à mission” – a “mission-led company” is a French legal framework in which businesses pursue a set social and environmental purpose with specific sustainability goals – We also officially joined the “Mission-led company community”.

Our commitment
“WE ACTEAM: Sustainable Event Designer’ goes beyond our activities and events.
Together we have decided to change the world, one step at a time, at a local level and with kindness. We have revolutionised our activities by rethinking, recreating, changing and optimising our events and our approach in the interests of sustainability.
It is very important to us to prove our commitment through strong, meaningful partnerships. In 2020 we were the first French VSE to join the United Nations Global Compact movement. Our team selected eight SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) responding to the economic, environmental and social challenges of today in order to create a future for generations to come.
In 2021, WE ACTEAM: Sustaine Event Designer re-imagined our organisational structure to create a new sustainable lateral management structure throughout our operations (head office, warehouses, events etc.). In 2022 we are proud to announce that we received official AFNOR ISO 20121 certification for operating in the events sector. “
