Creativity at the service of team building
We’ve decided to take up the challenge of developing participants’ creativity in a good-humoured atmosphere by producing an original work of art, thanks to this cinema team-building activity!
Inspired by the greatest films and actors nominated and awarded at Cannes, the idea of making short films came naturally to us!
This team-building solution is the perfect way to develop team cohesion without creating competition between the groups, but by encouraging a collective effort.
There’s something for everyone, with the more discreet participants behind the screen, in charge of the technical side, and the more extravagant in the spotlight, supervised by a film crew.
The teams will make a short film lasting between 2 and 4 minutes, and the aim of the film workshop is to unite the teams by giving everyone an active role to play, with the end result being a surprising collective success!
One of the major advantages of this event is that it can be held both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions and for any number of participants, from 10 to 800.
This film workshop lends itself to all kinds of playgrounds: hotels, town centres, the countryside, museums, etc., as well as all kinds of destinations: Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Saint Tropez, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and other towns and villages in the south of France.
A team-building solution for everyone
After a technical briefing by the film crew on the use of semi-professional and artistic cameras on the principle of the programme, artistic advice, distribution of the necessary accessories, etc., it’s time for the action and the 7th art!
To begin with, you will need to distribute the roles to each member of the team: actors, director, script, cameraman, etc. so that you can start filming on a pre-defined theme: adventure, detective, western, etc.
This team-building activity helps to play down certain everyday situations, both professional and personal, by, for example, making fun of past events, character traits or current events.
This is a universal team-building solution, with everyone playing an active role according to their own tastes and abilities. The themes and subjects covered can be fully customised to meet our customers’ expectations.
This exercise requires concentration, imagination and team spirit for a personalised and successful result. That’s why it’s so important for us to provide the right support for participants, with a professional team of actors and/or directors, as well as video and sound technicians.
The ability of the teams to ‘get stuck in’ and produce a quality short film or video clip in such a short space of time, with so little equipment, makes the programme a real wow factor, especially when you see the results!
At the end of the shoot, when everyone has had a chance to show off their talents, our team collects the cameras, tripods, microphones, etc. so that they can be previewed and organised for editing! It’s also at this point that our actors come into play to perfect the cinematographic performances of each team, ensuring that the guidelines and script carefully noted in their roadbook are respected.
The natural setting and, above all, creativity are also the keys to the success of this programme, which is ideal for motivating and energising people in a good mood.
